ABOUT US
We are a small family run Day Nursery, owned by Sally and Su and managed by Lucy and her team.
We first opened our doors in September 2003, which seems like yesterday. Since then we have had the ultimate privilege of being a part of hundreds of childrens lives throughout Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
Our aim has always been to provide the best start in life for your children and we firmly believe that this comes from the quality and consistency of our staff team. We know that being a busy parent juggling everything at once can be exhausting which is why we have always been committed to finding the best possible staff to give you confidence and peace of mind.
The main characteristics of our setting are that we are a small and friendly nursery with a happy atmosphere. We have good, positive relationships with all our parents. Our setting is multi-cultural with a variety of children from different ethnic backgrounds.
We are always interested in your ideas, concerns and your support. Communication with parents is critical to our nursery. We seek to form a partnership with you to ensure your child's and families' individual needs and concerns are met. In this supportive environment, your child will be able to learn and develop through play and creativity.
We focus on fresh, nutritious food, lots of outdoor play, connecting with the community around us and ensuring our days are filled with fun, laughter, imagination and adventure.
Our Children are encouraged to follow their own interests and beliefs and we support them to do this. Learning is their journey and we help them navigate, guide them to explore, watch them discover, encourage questions, support their thinking and watch them fly.
We are open Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 6.00pm, 50 weeks of the year.
We pride ourselves on providing a loving and calm haven inclusive for all, ensuring our children feel valued, heard and content in our home from home setting.
