All our staff have been carefully chosen for their caring nature and dedication to improving outcomes for all children, in addition to their qualifications. We are proud to have an extremely committed, professional, well-qualified staff team.
All of our staff are qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 and we often support students to obtain a qualification through an Apprenticeship. All of the staff team hold current paediatric first aid certificates and our recruitment procedures are rigorous and our staff turnover is low.
Staff will work hand in hand with you to follow the EYFS curriculum to enable your child to progress and learn to the best of their ability.
Along with supportive staff and this confidence building environment, your child will achieve the best start in life.
